Refunds

If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, email customerservice@bobsjerkyforacause.com. to request a refund. Please use your email associated with your account and provide the order number.

Refunds will only be made within 20 days of payment date. Only one refund will be processed for each customer, regardless of how many orders were placed by the customer in the past. Please be advised the group holding the fundraiser for this order will not receive any commission on this sale.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
